Abstract

Abstract 
The article presents a theoretical analysis of the main concepts of preparing future primary school teachers for 
organizing professional coordinating work. Psychological views on the concept of facilitation are presented. 
Future teacherIt is important to find a variety of resources for changing self-awareness, self-determination and 
identity. Facilitation, the work of the facilitator, and the services of the teaching facilitator have been described 
in the analyzes of many scholars and researchers. The words "coordination" and "coordinator" are clearly 
discussed. Facilitation is considered a tool for training business professionals in all fields using high quality 
and modern services. A facilitator is a specialist who strengthens and improves communication between 
employees, and also develops a good attitude towards accepting the complexity and diversity of work in 
education, and helps quality communication between people. The methodological significance of future 
primary school teachers in organizing facilitation work consists of facilitator bases and their system. As a result 
of the study, scientific and methodological conclusions and proposals for preparing the organization of 
facilitation work for future primary school teachers were presented, scientific research and reviews were 
conducted.
