The Information period led to the entry of our country into the global information space, which is one of the most important components of modern civilization, and has become one of the most important factors in the formation of the spiritual, moral and legal culture of the student. We all know that this media is one of the big problems in our lives, especially among young people. So, the problems of the media, which have been studied in many studies and have not left the agenda, have become the basis of our today's research. The abuse of modern media, especially the Internet, has become very widespread in the world. Internet addiction has become a huge health problem that should be recognized as a medical disease at the official level.
