Abstract

The trends of modern Kazakhstan are to add innovations every year, introduce reforms, and improve education in every possible way. So 2023 was no exception. The current Minister of Education, Gani Beisembayev, has introduced a number of grandiose changes in the field of education. Independent Kazakhstan has directed the way to the upbringing of a generation that can meet the needs of society and the state. The current needs of the state are to increase human capital to create a technically progressive productive workforce, adapt to a rapidly changing world, and build a successful economy. So the main goal of recent years has been the comprehensive upbringing of a child who will be adapted to the outside world, feel comfortable in the socio-economic environment. Education and upbringing always go together. A modern teacher should not forget that the basic knowledge and skills that a child has acquired at school directly affect how he will be formed in the future. To raise a competitive personality, it is required to invest a lot of qualities in a child. One of these qualities is leadership skills. To be a leader is not only to have the abilities of a manager, but also to be stress-resistant, responsible, have a character, your point of view, lead people, understand others, be influential in many areas, achieve your goals. A competent teacher should reveal these qualities of the child and encourage him to self-development.
