Abstract

The country's constant changes in the field of Education have a huge impact on the psychological state of employees of educational institutions, especially school teachers, and this effect, unfortunately, in most cases, is negative. Unwanted changes in work, great responsibility, as well as the discomfort of working conditions cause stress in school teachers, and subsequently, it can even lead to professional burnout and reduce the quality of work. This, of course, entails a decrease in the quality of Education, which means that the level of knowledge of students deteriorates. And students are the future of our country, our future. Therefore, in order for our future to be high-quality and transparent, we must analyze the causes of professional burnout, stress-causing factors, and then work directly with stress-causing factors.
