Abstract
The article is concerned with the sphere of speech writing that is particularly relevant to modern media communication and political consulting, and outlines its importance to and influence on the political life of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The origins speech writing and the potential of digitally and technologically equipped speechwriters regarding the future of Kazakhstan are considered alongside this modern profession’s utility in the media landscape. The evaluation regarding the speech and image of the state officials by readers as a result of a quiz is presented. Additionally, the results of a survey of students are included to represent the awareness of modern media communication terms and spheres among the youth. While journalism is a profession that connects the people and the authorities via writing, speech writing in Central Asia and post-Soviet states has not yet been fully studied and developed despite the past efforts.
