Abstract

The system of higher education is currently changing and, in addition to meeting the growing demands and needs, makes a turn towards the integration of the domestic sphere of education into the world educational space. This involves improving the quality of the education system on the basis of increasing the level of public education system in accordance with the best world model, the study of educational and spiritual needs and capabilities of the individual. In this direction is implemented fundamental work at the state level. Currently, the system of higher professional education has a clear social order for training a specialist with a high level of qualification, who should be a communicative leader with organizational skills, internal desire for social activity, emotional, volitional, intellectual and physical effort to achieve their goals, able to put forward creative unique ideas and be able to engage others.
