Abstract
The driver of the development of all types of activities is knowledge, skills, and skills. The level of qualification requirements set by the labor market for graduates becomes an incentive to obtain a certain level of qualification in the learning process. The analysis of the degree of compliance of the university graduates' training with the requirements of employers allows us to determine the vector and reserves for improving the quality of education and qualifications of graduates. An approach to assessing the compliance of the qualification level with certain requirements is proposed, which allows for a meaningful assessment based on a formalized approach to research.
