Abstract

This article is dedicated to the study of invalid transactions in the civil law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author analyzes the types, grounds, and consequences of transaction invalidity as outlined in the Civil Code of Kazakhstan. Special attention is given to issues in law enforcement practice related to the qualification of void and voidable transactions, proving defects in consent, and protecting the rights of bona fide participants in civil turnover. The article discusses existing problems in legal application and raises the issue of improving legislation to eliminate gaps in legal regulation. The author offers recommendations aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of legal oversight and ensuring legal clarity in resolving issues of transaction invalidity. These proposals will help improve the protection of the rights of civil turnover participants and ensure stability in the legal system. The article will be useful for scholars, practicing lawyers, and students studying civil law, as it covers both theoretical aspects and practical problems faced by lawyers in this field.
